We are pleased to host you for the RCP Institute Summit October 5-7, 2026 at Foxhall Resort in Douglasville, Georgia!
We ask that you plan to arrive in the afternoon/evening of Sunday, October 4th to be prepared for meetings beginning the morning of Monday, October 5th. We will conclude on Wednesday, October 7th following dinner, which we anticipate will wrap up by 7:30pm. Guests are welcome to depart Thursday morning, but if you would prefer to leave on Wednesday night please do not book a flight departing before 9:30pm.
As a reminder, we intentionally selected this venue for the convenient evening flight options out of the Atlanta Airport Wednesday evening for those who prefer.
This meeting is designed around a different objective from our previous gatherings. Rather than focusing primarily on defining projects or establishing execution plans, this summit is intended to challenge our thinking, test our assumptions, and identify where the Institute should push harder to achieve meaningful impact for patients.
Scientific progress depends not only on collaboration and shared vision, but also on rigorous scrutiny. With that in mind, this summit will feature a series of invited provocateurs. These speakers were selected from adjacent fields and have been asked to challenge our assumptions and highlight potential blind spots. Their role is meant to help us refine our thinking and accelerate progress.
Throughout the meeting, project updates and data presentations from each team will be interwoven with provocations, discussions, and time for working sessions
About RCP
The Raynor Cerebellum Project was launched in 2022 by the Once Upon a Time Foundation, a $250 million private foundation based in Fort Worth, TX. The Foundation initiated the Raynor Cerebellum Project with the goal of finding the shortest path to improving the lives of people suffering from cerebellar disorders. The Raynor Cerebellum Project will be known as the greatest collaboration of minds and resources solving the issues of cerebellar dysfunction and disorders.
About Summits & Symposia
The RCP hosts regular events convening experts and collaborators in the field of cerebellar research. Our inaugural event, the Big Ideas Summit, took place in September 2022 — a summit with a diverse group of leading scientists who engaged in collaborative brainstorming to develop innovative research directions with the potential to improve the lives of people with cerebellar disease.
